While personally I loved the game. I found it engaging and full of great technique and mastery of player/character bonding not shown in any other IP. The plot is brilliantly done and well honed. Yeah not as good as the first. I think the Sub Zero in the 2nd film is the original ones brother, or something. Happened in the game also.

Look what they had to work with, a film based on MORTAL KOMBAT. Considering that, they did a fantastic job. Who cares about the story, the fight scenes are where it's at & they rock!

Mortal Kombat is still a solid 7 maybe 8/10 film. Sub zero has just appeared in the second film, even though he died an hour ago in the first one.

I used to close my eyes as a child when he breaks lu kang's brothers' back. He just steps on him like he's a twig.

I also wanted to be Kano when he's between Sonias legs, until she breaks his neck. Classic
