Yeah not as good as the first. I think the Sub Zero in the 2nd film is the original ones brother, or something. Happened in the game also.

Look what they had to work with, a film based on MORTAL KOMBAT. Considering that, they did a fantastic job. Who cares about the story, the fight scenes are where it's at & they rock!

Mortal Kombat is still a solid 7 maybe 8/10 film. Sub zero has just appeared in the second film, even though he died an hour ago in the first one.

I like Cage in this movie, his fight against Scorpion is really good. And he give Goro a right punch in the unmentionables.
