What exactly makes for a good multiplayer game?
on 07 Feb 2010 by Helicon author list
When I hear the term 'Multiplayer' I think of First Person Shooters on the PC. Quite a few years ago I bought Soldier of Fortune 2 and once I had finished the single player campaign I decided to try it online. Within a short time I had already found several good servers to play on. Over a few months I [read more]

G.T, Opinion "Dead Space 2, more action less horror?"
on 04 Feb 2010 by G.T author list
Bah...what are they thinking! Previews I have read kind of alluded to this though, saying that Issacc is more badass and is a necromorph killing machine etc. The fist game was plenty action heavy in my opinion, especially if you played through it a second time on your completed save file, the necromorphs were much faster and there attacked more [read more]
Fly Me Friendly, Opinion "Dead Space 2, more action less horror?"
on 04 Feb 2010 by Fly_Me_Friendly author list
The more action oriented approach to Dead Space 2 does not bode well in my opinion. They took that approach with RE5 and look how that turned out... I know Dead Space is by a completely different party but still...... I may be getting a bit carried away here, but is Survival Horror a dying genre? [read more]
